Clinical Services

The Department of Pharmacy Services at Columbus Regional Healthcare System provides a myriad of Clinical Pharmacy Services.  Our patient care area pharmacists assume responsibility for drug therapy outcomes by providing clinical pharmacy services, through working with physicians and other health care practitioners in collaborative practice agreements by assessing patients drug therapy needs to best serve patients.  In addition to inpatient care services, pharmacists in primary care clinics, long term care facilities, and community pharmacy practice settings throughout our health care system provide extensive clinical pharmacist services that include diabetes and anticoagulation management, smoking cessation counseling, medication therapy management, and pharmacotherapy consults.
